I know it's not orange - but I couldn't resist showing this cheerful sunflower basking in the sun with hundreds of others. We are lucky to live surrounded by fields and farmland and there is a whole field full of these babies just minutes away.

Thanks for the embroidery. I think it would be great as redwork. I love sunflowers and so do the yellow finches/canarys. I think orange is good for others but I have to really work on it with gritted teeth to work with it. Am doing a charity quilt now with orange and yellow.
